Welcome to the ÖAIP
The Austrian Association for Integrated Plant Protection exists since 1959. It is an association under public law and is subject to the current law. The membership is possible for all interested and of course voluntary. Independently, competently and objectively, the working group informs about questions of integrated pest management. The board members come from science and research, from education and training institutions, from agriculture, public services, industry, agricultural technology and interest groups. A five-member presidency is responsible for the statutory society management. The annual Austrian Plant Protection Days are the most important event of the ÖAIP to informing society about current developments in integrated pest management.
